Well, I know that I needed a new roof and perfect timing meeting Jeremy ! Jeremy was the upmost professional,  straightforward. Very detailed in the estimate what was going to happen etc. So I felt super super confident. I don’t know how many offers I get from other roofing companies but after Jeremy  walked me through everything and did his estimate,  help me pick the shingles, the gutters, etc. I didn’t even feel the need to contact any anyone else. I wanted to leave a review for this company because I had a great experience. I had a hole in my roof where animals were getting in, and after I made a Facebook post looking for help, Nicholas commented and came out within a few days. He quickly fixed the issue, was professional, and provided excellent customer service throughout the process. I really appreciated how responsive and reliable he was. We are very happy with the job Valor Roofing did installing our new roof. Everything was explained upfront, the crew was on time, very friendly and worked efficiently. They took great care in protecting our landscaping and left everything very neat and tidy overnight for the two day job. Our sales person, Kyle, was very personable and made frequent trips out during the project to see how things were going and to see if we had any questions. I’m sold 100% with Valor Roofing! From start to finish, my roofing project couldn’t have gone smoother. Kyle walked alongside of me through the whole process ensuring that all my needs were met. First of all, THANK YOU! 3 years after a different company installed a new roof, that has leaked into the bathroom ever since... 3 years of that other company "trying to fix" Valor was recommended to me. From first contact I knew I was in good hands. The response, seriousness and professionalism displayed by this team was outstanding. The knowledge displayed by their estimators along with the level of care to explain every detail of the how and why was extremely calming to a very nervous homeowner.
